Odysse’s unveils V2 and V2+ electric scooters in India

Odysse announced the launch of V2 and V2+ Electric scooter in the country expanding its two wheeler electric. The electrical scooters are priced between INR 75,000 – INR 97,500 (ex-showroom). These scooters are equipped with dual water resistant IP 67 rated battery options, which ensures an uninterrupted driving of 150 KM/charge.

With the newly launched Waterproof motor & battery, it will significantly improve vehicles performance and durability as well as reduce repair and maintenance during rains. Along with access to a wide range of color selection, consumers will also get some exciting  features like Anti theft lock, passive battery cooling, huge boot space, 12 inch front tyre, led lights amongst many others.

In the future, the company plans to expand its production capacity further after the launch of these new vehicles. In addition to their Ahmedabad plant, they have started production facilities in Mumbai and Hyderabad as well

On this announcement, Mr. Nemin Vora, CEO of Odysse said, “It gives us great pride to be launching Odysse’s V2 & V2+. The newly launched Scooter is a step forward to strengthen our product portfolio, where electric scooters are consistently witnessing an encouragingly high demand. Odysse V2+ with its 150 Km mileage will resolve customers from Range anxiety along with providing them refreshing color and amazing features.”    

This year, they will add two more products to their portfolio, bringing their product range to seven models. At the end of the year, they hope to have more than 100 dealerships under their umbrella. In addition, they are preparing their IOT, which will be released shortly. This will allow all their vehicles to be connected and enrich the overall user experience.

Apart from the two new vehicles, the Odysse stables already offer four electric two-wheelers. The E2go, Hawk+, Racer, and Evoqis are the models. The latter competes with the popular ICE sports bikes already available in India. All of this for less than Rs 1.6 lakh on the road.
