BattRE, a next-gen EV startup based out of Jaipur, is set to operationalize its new factory at Jaipur, through which it is expected to double up its production. The new factory of BattRE Electric Mobility Pvt Ltd is expected to start by June 2021 with a flurry of new launches including electric motorbikes.
BattRE works with the mission of revolutionizing the short distance commute experience of daily travellers, by enabling integration between technology and mobility solutions to make life experiences seamless. Batt:RE is ideated and incubated with the purpose of achieving performance sustainably, so that two-wheelers become both efficient and responsive in traffic.
Commenting on the announcement, Nishchal Chaudhary,Founder, BattRE, said, “Building futuristic, minimal and confident commute for an urban set up powered by internet & GPS connection, is our specialisation. We manufacture India’s first LFP powered electric scooter which is capable of 2000 recharge cycles, with upto 42ah capacity and 110 kms per charge in actual conditions. We aim to make a more efficient, more powerful vehicle going forward and have invested in technology accordingly.”
BattRE boasts of more than 100 charging stations and a network of more than 120 dealers. Launched in June 2019, inspiring more innovation in technology and additional products like Batt:RE ONE; Batt:Re LO:EV; Batt:RE IOT; Batt:RE gps:ie and Batt:RE E-Cycles.
Choudhury added, “Our next plan is to come up with motorbikes with the same features like convenience, affordability, safety, efficiency and styling. All products of BattRE are conceptualised based on customer feedback and market requirement. We believe this is the future and environmental concerns will turn more aware consumers into customers of e-vehicles.”
The current manufacturing unit of BattRE in Jaipur has a capacity of 1,000 units per month. With another factory, expect BattRE Electric Mobility to double its production capacity from June 2021
