Noida-based electric scooter manufacturer Gemopai Electric has announced discount offers for all its models namely Miso, Astrid Lite and Ryder, aiming to boost the sales and adoption of electric vehicles during the upcoming festive season. The latest offers are available till November 20, 2020 and range from INR 2000-5500 on all variants, including free accessories on the model – Astrid Lite. The move further lowers the cost of ownership of Gemopai scooters, making them the most cost-effective, environment friendly choice for commuting.
With this scheme, Gemopai continues to raise the benchmark on customer value proposition in the Indian EV industry. The company has 60+ dealerships across the country, with each of them mandated to run a service centre, giving Gemopai owners multiple service touch points. The company recently announced its partnership with CredR where any 2W petrol vehicle can be exchanged for Gemopai’s EV models, that will further boost the adoption of EVs among petrol vehicle owners. Customers can avail an additional exchange bonus of INR 1,000 through this exchange, further promoting the affordability and accessibility of an EV.
Gemopai is a joint venture between Goreen E-Mobility and Opai Electric, the latter being one of the largest manufacturers of electric vehicles in the world with 15-plus years’ experience in manufacturing and having sold more than 15 million electric 2 wheelers worldwide. Goreen E-Mobility and Opai have signed MOU for joint venture technology transfer and cooperation agreements for further developing electric two-wheeler models for the Indian market.
