Jupiter Electric Mobility Pvt Ltd. (JEM), a subsidiary of Jupiter Wagons Limited, has taken a significant step in strengthening India’s electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem with the launch of its innovative mobile application, “JEM Saathi”. This app is designed to enhance the experience of JEM’s customers by providing a seamless, all-in-one platform for vehicle service communication, local business discovery, and access to an extensive charging infrastructure.
The JEM Saathi application acts as a one-stop solution for operators, offering seamless access to service information and business opportunities. The business discovery feature shows JEM’s commitment to driver empowerment.
JEM has partnered with Pulse Energy, a Bengaluru based company to integrate over 1,300 fast chargers into the JEM Saathi app, addressing range anxiety for commercial EV owners. The fast chargers reduce charging time, and the JEM Saathi app helps users easily find charging stations, check availability, and manage their charging needs. This initiative helps eliminate range anxiety, making commercial EV ownership more practical and supporting JEM’s goal of promoting a sustainable and reliable transportation ecosystem.
Recognizing service infrastructure as a crucial pillar of EV adoption, JEM is also expanding its support network by partnering with Automovill and Battwheels. Automovill is a digital platform offering on-demand car care services, while Battwheel provides a subscription-based service for doorstep battery replacement and maintenance for vehicles. These collaborations bring a robust network of 140+ service stations across India, enhancing after-sales service and vehicle maintenance for customers.
