At the BMGE Component Show, NBR Cooling Systems Pvt. Ltd. unveiled its latest innovations designed to meet the evolving demands of the automotive sector. The company introduced advanced plate-and-bar oil cooling systems, along with cutting-edge cooling solutions for electric vehicles (EVs), such as traction and battery cooling systems.

Abbase Saddique, Director of NBR Cooling Systems, emphasized the superior performance of these products compared to existing solutions.

“We are continuously evolving our technology to deliver better, more efficient products. Our oil cooling systems and EV solutions outperform competitors in both efficiency and durability,” Saddique stated.

Advancing Plate-and-Bar, EV, and BS VI Cooling Solutions

With the industry shifting towards cleaner fuels and the adoption of BS VI engines, NBR has adapted its products to meet these new challenges.

“As technology advances, we innovate accordingly. We transitioned from copper tubes to aluminium radiators and upgraded our products with new tube sizes, fin pitches, and other specifications to align with BS VI standards,” Saddique explained.

These advancements ensure that NBR’s cooling systems are not only environmentally friendly but also optimized for modern vehicle technologies, delivering enhanced cooling performance while complying with stricter emission standards.

“Customization allows us to provide tailored cooling solutions for trucks, buses, and EVs. We have expanded from five to 20 OEM clients and are scaling up our team and production to meet increasing demand,” Saddique noted.
