Buses Events

Following a record-breaking edition in 2025, Busworld Europe is preparing to bring the international bus and coach community together once again from 16 to 21 October 2027. With one year to go, the exhibitor list and floor plans are already available online, offering visitors an early glimpse of what awaits them in Brussels.

Building on a Record-Breaking Edition

The 2025 edition welcomed 45,427 visitors from 116 countries, alongside 559 exhibitors and 238 buses and coaches. From vehicle manufacturers and component suppliers to operators, transport authorities and industry experts, the event brought together professionals from across the entire bus and coach ecosystem.

Over six days, visitors discovered new vehicles, products and technologies, exchanged ideas, strengthened existing relationships and established new business connections.

In October 2027, the global bus and coach community will meet again.

A First Look at Busworld Europe 2027

Although the exhibition is still a year away, visitors can already start exploring the next edition.

The exhibitor list and floor plans are now available online, offering an initial overview of the companies preparing to participate.

Alongside many familiar industry names, several newcomers are preparing to make their debut at the event. These include battery technology specialist CATL, bus manufacturer Asiastar and public transport technology provider Pysae.

Together, the participating companies will represent a broad range of vehicles, components, technologies, software and services for the bus and coach industry.

More information about participating companies, new products and innovations will be announced over the coming months.

Busworld Europe Congress: Listening to the Industry

The Busworld Europe Congress has become an important platform for knowledge exchange and dialogue among industry stakeholders, operators and policymakers.

In 2025, the congress brought together 1,242 industry stakeholders, including 22 representatives of the European Commission, across 39 sessions. Discussions covered a wide range of topics, from zero-emission mobility and digitalisation to safety, socio-economic challenges and the future of long-distance coach operations.

For 2027, Busworld is taking this dialogue a step further. In collaboration with Arthur D. Little and Ipsos, it conducted a survey among bus and coach operators, industry representatives and policymakers to identify their most pressing challenges and priorities. The results have now been analysed and will help shape the programme for the next congress.

The industry has shared its priorities. Busworld brings the right people together to address them.

Further details about the survey findings and congress topics will be announced soon.

In the meantime, key insights and session recordings from the 2025 Congress remain available on the Busworld Europe website.
