Gurugram-based clean energy company Readily Solutions Limited is targeting an initial public offering (IPO) in FY 2027–28, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals. The company was earlier Readily Mobility Solutions Private Limited. It converted to a public limited company in August 2026 and took its new name.

The company says it is strengthening its corporate governance, financial reporting and compliance framework ahead of the listing. “As we advance preparations for our proposed IPO, our priority remains strengthening our business fundamentals, governance and execution capabilities,” said Mr. Hiteshh Sharma, Founder, CEO and Director.

On financials, Readily Solutions reported taxable revenue of ₹24.47 crore for April–September 2026, against ₹9.51 crore a year earlier. The company puts the growth at 157.2%. Its revenue for FY 2025–26 was about ₹115 crore.

The company is now targeting a 10% profit margin, which it expects to reach through better operating efficiency, cost control, stronger project execution and higher-value clean energy solutions. It has not disclosed its current profit or margin.

Readily Solutions works across solar engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), operations and maintenance, captive renewable projects, EV after-sales services, refurbishment, charging infrastructure and EV lifecycle management. It is also developing solar lighting for roads, townships and industrial campuses, and urban EV charging infrastructure.

“Our 157% year-on-year revenue growth in the first half of FY 2026–27 reflects the progress we are making in scaling our business across clean energy and electric mobility,” Mr. Sharma said.
